In this hour, you will experience a beautiful sound bath using instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and gongs to help bring you into harmony and balance.

She will share vocal techniques and drumming to allow one to release and restore. Amanda has been working with sound and song for over thirty years and invites you to experience the unique ways sound and vibration can help you relax and energise.
