Hollyoaks garden open in Ashington

Hollyoaks is a small cottage style garden with specimen trees, heavily planted borders with shrubs, perennials, roses, clematis, dahlias and fuchsias. A pond and a variety of containers surround the patio. At the front is a scree bed and borders with roses, shrubs and perennials. Climbing roses and climbing hydrangeas clothe the front of the house and baskets and containers overflow.

Hollyoaks open in aid of the National Garden Scheme. The NGS have donated over £63 million to nursing and health charities. Their core beneficiaries include Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie, Hospice UK and The Queen’s Nursing Institute.
