Fred Delius will be exhibiting his collection of sketches & paintings made around his home town.

After a long career in the Circus world, performing as a Clown, Sword Swallower and Tight Rope Walker, Fred Delius’s life under the big top came to an abrupt end when he suffered a devastating back injury.

During his slow recovery he started painting and sketching and discovered a talent and love for going out and finding interesting places to paint.

This exhibition is a collection of sketches and paintings made around the streets of his home town Worthing and the surrounding area. Fred will be demonstrating his approach to urban sketching and will be available to explain his methods and how he uses watercolour and ink to create his works.
