A chance to find out more about eco home improvements from the people who’ve done it!

Six houses in Steyning, plus the local Fire Station, will be opening their doors to show off the steps they’ve taken to make their homes cosier, cut their energy bills, and trim their carbon footprint, including: Solar PV, Battery storage, Heat pumps, Insulation improvements, Draught proofing, Rainwater harvesting, Wildlife-friendly gardens and Electric vehicles.

You’ll be able to speak to the homeowners themselves, and also pick up a Green Card to get a free drink at participating cafés, provided you buy a snack or pastry at the same time.

Entrance is entirely free.

Brochures with a map and details of all six houses will be available from the Library, Steyning Book Shop, and most of the estate agents and coffee shops in Steyning – just look for an Eco Open Houses poster in the window.
