Fabio Zanon’s musical education

Fabio Zanon’s diverse activity as teacher, chamber player, conductor, author and broadcaster has helped to establish an important place for the classical guitar on the concert scene.

His musical education started in his native Brazil, under the tutelage of his father and Henrique Pinto. This continued at the Royal Academy of music and at masterclasses given by Julian Bream and John Williams. He has performed with violinist Nigel Kennedy and singers ranging from soprano Carole Farley to folk/pop singers like Maria Mulata.

Regis School of Music will have Fabio as a patron of West Sussex Guitar Club.
