Start time: 14:00 Margaret Watson, Now one of the busiest professional harpists in the South East We welcome new and current members on the 2nd Thursday of each month (excl. Aug) at West Chiltington Village Hall and have a variety of interesting speakers. For further information please see our website. Now one of the busiest professional harpists in the South East, Margaret Watson has played for Royalty and has also worked for the BBC and Netflix, filming for TV documentaries. She is a very active member of the charity ‘Music In Hospitals’ and gives bedside concerts for patients and the mentally or physically disabled in hospitals, hospices, and specialist care centres and nursing homes. Margaret is an accredited lecturer for the Arts Society and gives lecture recitals on the harp and its history. With her very varied repertoire and often resplendent costumes, Margaret has delighted numerous audiences throughout the UK. There will be a Christmas tea for members.
