Arun Valley Runners led by Running Fitness coach

Led by a qualified coach in Running Fitness this group is for mixed abilities although you should be able to run 5km comfortably to join the group. Runs will incorporate some intervals or hill reps and they will run-off road in the lighter evenings. All runs have advice on running technique and training tips. It’s a fun group to enjoy and explore the local area.
