Fatal Shore Crime Writing Festival – All Day Event

This will be our third Fatal Shore festival of crime writing, led by best-selling authors Elly Griffiths and William Shaw and featuring 20 crime and thriller writers at the top of their game, including the celebrated Peter James.

Open Mic Slam Creative Writing, Poetry and Flash Fiction

Creative writers and people who enjoy hearing new work are invited to come along for a fun open mic slam.  Writers can read from their original work of fiction, poetry or flash fiction for a maximum three minutes, selected randomly before each half.

Poetry Workshop: John McCulloch

What is poetry? This workshop will look at key concepts like rhythm, concision, imagery and sound. We’ll consider the effects of techniques in published poems, including some of John’s work.

Nature Photography Safari

We’ll talk you through a few key techniques for you to try with your camera and some hints and tips

Foraging and Cookery

Join Totally Wild to learn the art of foraging and enjoy a 3 course meal made with the days finds.

Chichester’s Guildhall Winter Wonderland Creative Workshops

Art and craft events are the latest offering from Chichester District Council’s Culture Spark programme. They will take place on 9 and 16 December, 10am until 4pm, in Priory Park’s Guildhall. One hour long sessions, where people can create baubles, stars, butterflies of hope, picture frames, mobiles of icicles or frosted lanterns.
