Start time: 10:00 A showcase of the many talents of Young Artists’ under 16 living locally in a variety of mediums. A stunning and thought provoking biennial exhibition of works in a huge variety of mediums by children aged 4 to 16 living or attending school in the local area in the historic setting of our beautiful Grade 1 listed Norman church of St Mary in Slindon based on the theme of “Food, Glorious Food!” Judging, in four categories by age range, by South Downs based professional artist David Peduzzi at 12.00 noon on Saturday 9th May followed by prize giving. Informal Family Service reflecting the theme of the exhibition at 11.00 a.m. on Sunday 10th May – all are very welcome! Refreshments, including home made cakes, served throughout the exhibition for which donations would be very welcome. Come and see just what a wealth of talent and variety of ideas the artists of the future can create! Wheelchair/pushchair accessible and suitable for all ages.
