Session times are: Monday afternoons 2:00pm to 4:00pm and Thursday mornings 9:00am to 11:00am & 11:00am to 1:00pm.
Comfortable casual clothing is normally worn for all normal weekly “roll-up” sessions, with appropriate footwear to protect the mats, .
Training is provided for novices and players wishing to improve their game.
Visitors and potential new members are always welcome.
