Aug) at West Chiltington Village Hall and have a variety of interesting speakers. For further information please see our website. No charge for the first three meetings. This month we have an entertaining talk on food, drink and table manners looking back through the years from aristocracy to the peasantry, food for pleasure or survival. Gilly will trace the development of food and customs from 1200 up to the present TV chefs of the day; from spag bol and ready meals to Michelin starred restaurants.
