Start time: 19:30 T Rextasy tribute act perform live in Alexandra Theatre on 9th July Mark Bolan, with his band ‘T.Rex’, was a flamboyant & charismatic star of the glam rock era. With Bolan’s Rock-A-Boogie songs, the band had a string of hits throughout the 1970’s, including ‘Love To Boogie’, ‘Telegram Sam’, ‘Jeepster’ & ’20th Century Boy’. T. Rextasy have now been performing around the world for over 20 years, a career that outlives Marc’s T.Rex. The band is an official live tribute band, endorsed & approved by Marc Bolan & T,Rex, & endorsed & approved by Marc Bolan’s family estate, original members of T.Rex, & Bolan’s catalogue management.
