The £31,400 Sussex National provides a spectacle for racegoers, with the runners having to jump 20 fences over three and a half miles. Across the seven-race card there is £92.4k in prize-money and their fourth and final Cheltenham Bonus Series qualifier of the season. The winner will qualify for a £50,000 bonus should they go on to win any steeplechase at the 2022 Cheltenham Festival in March. Away from the competitive action on the track there will be bars, restaurants and grandstands, with live band The Wild Murphys as entertainment.
