The first film, on Wednesday 14th September will be “The Duke”, starring Jim Broadbent and Helen Mirren. In 1961, Kempton Burton, a 60 year old taxi driver, steals Goya’s portrait of the Duke of Wellingon from the National Gallery in London. The showing commences at 7.30pm, at Sullington Hall, Thakeham Road, RH20 3PP, all Government Covid guidance will be Observed. The October film, on Wed 12th, will be “Belfast”, starring Jude Hill. This is the Oscar winning film directed by Kenneth Brannagh. Tickets are £5, and are available from the Card Shop in Storrington. Any unsold tickets will be available on the door, on the night. There is a Bar and a Raffle during the interval.
