Start time: 12:00 Take a quick dip to raise funds for Littlehampton RNLI RNLI Littlehampton’s Big December Dip is back for 2024! This popular event is returning for a third year to raise vital funds for the lifesaving work of Littlehampton’s volunteer crew. The event, which will take place on Sunday the 8th of Participants will be encouraged to raise money via sponsorship by braving a quick sea dip in waters that average a bracing 11°C in December. Link to register: https://RNLILittlehamptonBIGDecemberDip2024.eventbrite.co.uk Hosted by The Beach café, on Sea Road, Littlehampton, the event will start from 12.00pm, with the first participants set to take the plunge from approximately 1.45pm (High Tide is at approximately 16.09 at 4.8 meters) Each participant will be encouraged to raise sponsorship from friends and family – fancy dress is optional but most definitely encouraged! After their dip, everyone will receive a hot drink. For those not participating in the dip, there will be Christmas music to enjoy, hot drinks and an RNLI souvenir stall.
