The circle may include simple reflective or creative activities, quiet moments, and optional sharing, creating an atmosphere that is relaxed, supportive, and unhurried. From there, the evening flows into the sensory experience of Aufguss in the sauna, where heat, steam, scent, music, and movement come together to create a deeply immersive ritual for the body and senses. Guests are then invited to continue enjoying the sauna and spa space at their own pace, with time to rest, integrate, and share simple food together.
