Start time: 14:00 Memory Moments Café for people with memory problems and their family/care partner. Know Dementia, a Sussex-based charity run an informal pop-up café for people with memory problems and their family/care partner. Join a friendly and welcoming group for an afternoon of tea, coffee and cake, with a little fun and laughter with meaningful activities and entertainment; including, games, talks, music, dance etc. Their Moments groups intend to create good moments away from the daily challenges of living with dementia and memory problems. Held in Storrington twice monthly, on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month. Call to book a place before attending for the first time.
