Start time: 18:30 The Mary How Trust are back with their Community Christmas Carol Evening This is a chance for the community to get together and support well-loved local charity The Mary How Trust for Cancer Prevention. “We have an ever-growing need for this life saving service. More and more people want to use our service but simply can’t donate” says Jamie Clark, Head of Fundraising, Events and Marketing. “We are unique in working on a donate what you can afford. Cancer rates are on the rise and the current cost of living crisis means people are struggling more than ever. We want to carry on increasing our screening numbers. Early detection saves lives!” Doors open at 6.30pm with Carols from 7.00pm. It’s a fantastic opportunity to start the Christmas celebrations early and sing favourite carols, led by the Chanctonbury Chorus, with solos by Sussex based soprano Lucy Mair.
