Hamie Duo is their other virtuoso guise, performing compellingly superb piano and soulful cello. (BTW, it’s “Burn-eye-er and ‘Ree-er Hay-mee”!) They bring the two big romantic and dramatic Cello Sonatas by Chopin and Rachmaninov – music to really get your emotional teeth into – and three other pieces, kept secret until the day, further showcasing the siblings’ instrumental world and artistry. Format is full concert performance, plus interviewing conversations, audience questions, and also the musical features ‘Guess The Composer’ and ‘Give It A Title’.
