Start time: 10:00 Visit local historic building and Quaker place of worship. Enjoy the peaceful garden. They have open days every Friday, March until November, for visitors to find out more about this historic building, William Penn and Quakerism. During this time volunteers will be available to discuss the history and have their questions answered. People can see inside the Meeting House, which is still used for weekly Quaker Meeting for Worship. They have an exhibition in the hovel barn where you can read information and watch audio-visual displays about William Penn and the Blue Idol’s history. Visitors are welcome to spend time to enjoy the garden, bring a picnic, read a book or just to sit in the garden or Meeting House. Free entry. People of all ages, interests, faiths and beliefs, and none, welcome. Toilet facilities are available. Wheelchair accessible. Covid-19 safety precautions are in place. Hand gel is available.
