Join neighbours, friends and family as we walk the ancient boundary of Pulborough and launch the Strength in Stone, Spirit in Community appeal. Choose between the longer 13.7 mile countryside walk or shorter 4.5 mile village walk to Beat the Bounds of Pulborough Parish. Then join the community in a celebration and launch event at St Mary’s Church to include hog roast, refreshments, sound & light presentation and speeches. The aim for the day is to foster a sense of community as the Friends of Pulborough Parish Church embark on an ambitious but essential campaign to raise £1 Million for the repair of the ancient stonework of the historic Grade 1 listed church building. St. Mary’s is a heritage asset for the village and in urgent need of repair to ensure its sustainable future.
