Event Information

Lost Woods is partnering with ipse wilderness to create an ‘August Ambles’ special event; a Wilderness Well-being Walk at Bedelands Reserve

Many people have been struggling with their wellbeing recently, perhaps becoming more isolated as their usual activities have been cancelled, feeling disconnected from support networks, being overwhelmed by life, or just having a few off days.

If this is you, or you support others in this situation, then we’d like to invite you to join us for a wonderful woodland wellbeing walk, organised by the Lost Woods of the Low Weald and Downs.
Walk leader Julia Gillick from Ipse Wilderness, will lead us through an enriching journey, experiencing the benefits from spending time in woodland and helping us all to connect with what is around us.

They’ll be opportunities both for quiet time to relax and to share experiences with others if you’d like to.
The walk, or ‘amble’, will be slow paced and no more that 2 miles long through the gentle terrain of Bedelands nature reserve.

This amble is funded by the national lottery heritage fund.
