Start time: 09:00 Course dedicated to developing strong and confident waving techniques in the sauna at Wild Spa Wowo In this course we will show you key elements to being an aufgussmaster, from theory on how to provide a classic aufguss to aroma usage. You’ll learn how to combine music, aromas and movement into a themed aufguss session. We do this with a mix of waving lessons, presentations and creative assignments. This course is guided by: Sigrid & Job and will focus on the following topics: Classic & Modern waving techniques Sigrid van Rijswijk is a leading figure in the international aufguss scene and the current World Aufguss Champion. With a background in theatre and over 8 years of stage experience, she blends performance and creativity to transform sauna sessions into immersive, artistic rituals.
