This August The Riverside Players, an established not for profit company who are celebrating 75 years of presenting theatrical classics are returning to Ardingly College in Sussex with their production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Redesigned to embrace the architecture of Ardingly College’s beautiful South Quadrangle, it will be a magical event. Set on a great estate in the 1920’s, this interwoven tale of mortal lovers, a warring fairy court and a comedic troupe of estate workers is sure to delight audiences of all ages. This exciting production features live music, beautiful costumes and magical sets and lighting, all in the beautiful setting of Ardingly College. Bring a picnic and join us for a drink to celebrate Theseus and Hippolyta’s upcoming wedding, and also the Company’s 75th anniversary year.
