Start time: 09:00 A course dedicated to developing strong and confident waving techniques in the sauna. In this course we will dive deeper in aufguss rituals, This course is designed as a perfect follow up from the basic-course. We’ll teach advanced waving moves, from the open towel, to two towels and eventually throwing the towel. You’ll learn about the use of the Smoke ritual as an aromamethod. This course works towards creating your own showaufguss ritual, which we will discuss together and give feedback and tips. We do this with a mix of waving lessons, presentations and creative assignments. This course is guided by: Sigrid & Job and will focus on the following topics: Modern & Advanced waving techniques Sigrid van Rijswijk is a leading figure in the international aufguss scene and the current World Aufguss Champion.
