Sullivan’s Heroes charity offers fundraising support and financial assistance towards vital home adaptations for disabled children, enabling families to continue to care for their child at home, safely and with dignity.
The charity has now supported numerous children’s home adaptations to date, with many building works in progress, and a number projects having reached completion with the adaptations now being put to use – many of these can be viewed at: https://www.sullivansheroes.org/category/who-weve-helped/
As part of the ongoing fundraising towards the children’s projects, the charity are delighted to invite you to ‘An Evening with Glenn Miller and Friends’ performed by The ConChord Big Band on Sunday 14th October 2018.
The 17-piece Orchestra and vocalists will perform as the wartime US Army Air Force Band,
playing the unforgettable music and songs of the big band era! All proceeds from the event, kindly hosted and organised by Mid Sussex District Council and Chairman Councillor Bruce Forbes, will be donated to Sullivan’s Heroes to fund grants for disabled children’s home adaptations.
The ConChord Big Band ‘An Evening with Glenn Miller and Friends’ – Sunday 14th October 2018 – at 7.30 pm at Clair Hall, Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 3DN.
