Crawley Open House Harvest Initiative food donations

Ballard & Shortall Funeral Directors, owned by C.P.J. Field, has teamed up with Crawley Open House to support its Harvest Initiative.

Food donated to the Harvest initiative is used in Crawley Open House’s hostel kitchen to feed their 24 hostel residents and in their food parcels, which are distributed to those in need around the local area. Their mission is to provide support to those suffering from the effects of homelessness, unemployment, loneliness, discrimination, or other forms of social exclusion.

While all donations are appreciated, Crawley Open House is especially in need of: Long-life milk, toilet roll, sugar, tinned meat and fish, jam, marmalade, honey, spray deodorants, biscuits, chocolate, sweets, tea, coffee, jars of cooking sauce/pasta sauce, tinned potatoes/vegetables, tins of beans/spaghetti, custard, rice pudding, soup, new socks/underwear and dog food and treats.
